In Meeting Quality Notifications
Under certain conditions, you will see recommended adjustments to improve meeting quality. Blue Jeans will notify users in the following conditions:
Speaking While Muted – in cases where a user’s microphone is receiving audio but is muted within the Blue Jeans meeting, a recommendation to unmute will appear:
High CPU Usage – Participants with high CPU usage can experience audio and video issue quality issues. When this happens, participants will be notified to close some applications or turn off the webcam:
